365days2play I can’t believe I visited the same cafe twice, in the span of 2 weeks! Well it was lucky I did or I wouldn’t have gotten the chance to sample one of the best waffles I have eaten in a very long time! The waffle is pretty simple, with a sprinkling of icing sugar, a splob of butter, 4 slices of strawberry and maple syrup on the side. There’s no ice cream or whipped cream to distract you from what is indeed the highlight of the dish, the waffle itself. On the outside, the waffle is slightly crusty, yet on the inside it is light and fluffy. It’s so good, I didn’t even need the butter or maple syrup. Regretfully, I only managed to eat 2 squares of the waffle, before surrendering the rest of it to my colleague, who was the one who actually ordered it.
At $8.50, I think it’s a good price, and if nothing else, you should definitely order this when you are at Group Therapy Coffee!
