Savour 2016 is back this year from 12 – 15 May and is currently on-going as we speak! This year, being the 5th year that Savour has been held, the format has changed into 3 exciting, specially-themed editions.

Crowded after the sun sets
Jasons Gourmet Market, an air-conditioned tent where we escaped to to cool down. Lots of fresh produce on sale here and cooked immediately for u. Oysters, prawns, sausages, you name it they have it. If only we had such a concept on a permanent basis, where we shop for fresh produce and have it cooked on the spot for us!
At no costs should you forget to visit the CHEESE ROOM. I was stuck in there for a good 10 minutes trying out the various cheeses. You have to check out Purple Moon, which is a wine soaked cheddar (top left pic). It’s amazing!
