Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL – Thrill of the Grill

Meat-lovers please sit up. Do you enjoy indulging in barbecue meats and seafood? For three weeks only, you can now savour char-grilled meats and seafood, cooked on an outdoor grill at Lime Restaurant’s Thrill of the Grill buffet.

Thrill of the Grill menu highlights include:

Lamb Shish Kebabs
Wagyu Beef Cubes
Pork Belly Char Siew
Chicken Tandoori
Seabass in Spicy Yellow Sauce
Sambal Marinated Squid
Oyster Kicap Manis
Clams with Kam Heong Sauce

Let the chefs do the hard work outdoors using authentic charcoal grills, while you watch them in action. Or simply enjoy the cool air-conditioned comfort of the restaurant while you wait for your food to be ready. There is still much to see and savour indoors as the interactive kitchens indors will still feature international specialties and local favourites such as Mushroom Risotto, Potato, Laksa Noodles, Chilli Crab Pasta and Kueh Pie Tee. FYI, I love Kueh Pie Tee and can never resist popping a few in my mouth whenever I see them at buffets.
