LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort will not be unfamiliar to Singaporeans, especially those with young children. However, if you’ve not visited the resort before or need a reason to revisit, here’s 6 reasons why this Lunar New Year period is actually a fantastic time to visit. LEGOLAND® Malaysia has planned a multitude of events and activities for the young and the young at heart to check out!
Cheaper entry tickets to LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort
LEGOLAND® is currently having a nice promotion. If you’re planning to visit on a weekday, you can enjoy a 50% discount on day tickets! This offer is for ALL visitors regardless of nationality, but doesn’t apply on 17th and 18th February which are the 1st and 2nd days of the Chinese New Year.
If you’re willing to pay the original price of the day ticket (for example if you happen to be visiting on a weekend), you can actually upgrade it for free to an annual pass!

Festive Playground
Inspired by the “Garden of Prosperity” theme, the Resort blossoms into a joyful festive wonderland, glowing with red lanterns, cherry blossoms and playful LEGO® creations. Stealing the spotlight is a photo-worthy 2.4-metre LEGO® Horse, proudly bearing an auspicious scroll of blessings, symbolising strength, renewal and good fortune. Be sure to make a pit-stop here for photos!
Hands-on festive activities where you can bring home your LEGO creations or win weekly prizes
- Build-A-Horse, where guests build their own symbol of energy, courage and good fortune
- LEGO Orange Tree Making, stack prosperity and happiness onto every branch as you build and take home this special creation
- LEGO Chinese Calligraphy Mural, where culture meets creativity through brick-built artistry
- Minifigure Trading, the classic LEGOLAND favourite loved by fans
- LEGO Horse Post & Win, where snapping a photo with the centrepiece could rein in weekly prizes
More LEGO playtime! Both children and adults can try their hands at the various activity booths. At the LEGO Orange Tree Making booth, you get to create your very own orange (kumquat) tree and take it home with you. Pro tip, try to make a really bushy tree and you get to take home more pieces!
Parents, if you want your children to get familiar with more Chinese characters, steer them towards the LEGO Chinese Calligraphy Mural booth. If only learning Chinese in classrooms was this fun!
Nusantara Buffet at the newly refurbished Bricks Family Restaurant
Do check out the Flavours of Nusantara festive buffet dinner at the newly refurbished Bricks Family Restaurant at LEGOLAND Hotel. This is available from 21 February to 18 March 2026 in conjunction with Ramadan. The buffet features over 200 dishes inspired by Malaysia, the wider Nusantara and beyond.
We found it a great way to discover regional flavours that we personally have not seen before in Singapore. This, amidst a lively atmosphere with traditional music and dance. Snag a table closer to the entrance if you want to have a good view of the performances. Designed with families in mind, even the table coverings double as colouring sheets for kids, making it an ideal setting for buka puasa gatherings.
Win LEGO sets worth up to RM$800
