Christmas Eve (Dinner) and Christmas Day (Lunch & Dinner) crowd pleasers not to be missed include Roast Turkey with Chestnut Bread Stuffing; Slow-roasted Australian Beef Prime Ribs; Maple Gazed Leg Ham; Pan-fried Foie Gras with Chutney, Relish & Brioche; Milanese Style Lamb Chops with Lemon & Herbs; Bacon Wrapped Chicken Ballotine with Creamy Kale, and more. Highly raved seafood favourites include Lobster Thermidor; Oyster Florentine; Crayfish with Chilli Herb Butter; Grilled Scallops with Salsa Verde; Whole Salt Crust Baked Salmon; Fresh Seafood on Ice and more. Buffet lunches range from $68++ to $78++ and buffet dinners range from $80++ to 108++ depending on the days. Christmas eve and Christmas day dinner is $160++ while Christmas day lunch is $138++.
But if you don’t want to spend that much, but still want to experience the Christmassy atmosphere, consider the Pool Grill restaurant, the breezy restaurant located next to the pool. Both Christmas eve and Christmas day 3-course Christmas set menu is at $88++, which features dishes such as stuff roast turkey breast and leg roulade with bread dumpling.
