There are also many new dishes to try
– Salt-baked Sri Lankan Crab/Alaskan Crab
– Lobster stir-fried with Black Truffle Sauce
– Champagne Pork Belly Rib
– Roasted Chicken with Crispy Garlic
– Stir-fried Mee Goreng with Seafood
I tried the Salt-baked Sri Lankan Crab as well as Lobster in Black Truffle Sauce. Both were fabulous. You can really taste the sweetness of the Sri Lankan Crab as it is not masked with any sauce. And as for the lobster, the earthy and savoury truffle sauce was so moreish. I couldn’t get enough of it. The Mee Goreng was also a surprising hit. Very fragrant, tasty and different from what you get at the hawker centre!

Local Lobster with Black Truffle Sauce
Possibly one of my favourite dishes for the evening. This isn’t just a truffle essence dish (think truffle fries), the truffle flavour was more nuanced. Earthy, and aromatic, thiswas really enjoyable.
As mentioned above, this dish is great for true crab lovers. You can really taste the sweetness of the Sri Lankan Crab as it is not masked with any sauce.
Poached Tiger Prawns with Chinese Herb in Superior Stock
Huge, succulent prawns in a clear herbal broth. Warms the stomach and makes you feel nourished.
Roasted Chicken with Crispy Garlic
Roast chicken, what’s not to love. The pieces are cooked just right so each piece retains its tenderness. The addition of crispy garlic gives an additional textural contrast. A bit of sugar was also added to give it a grainy feel.
Very tender to the bite and I like the slightly sticky and sweet coating. But I think I prefer the other pork rib dish which they have. They use humongous pork ribs that is palm length. So satisfying to chomp down on that and I enjoyed the process of devouring those. These here are much smaller in comparison, but both taste equally good though.
It probably won’t strike you to order mee goreng at a Chinese seafood restaurant, but order this you must. This is definitely far different from the ones you get at the hawker centre. Not only is it chock a block with seafood, the noodles have been fried perfectly and tasted delicious!
