Four Seasons Singapore – One-Ninety Bar
I’ll always have a soft spot for the Four Seasons Hotel, because it was the hotel that I got married in! It may be a pretty compact hotel in Singapore for the Four Seasons brand, but one thing remains consistent all these years, and that is their exemplary service.
From now until 27 November, you are invited to fall in love with their Kyoto in Autumn weekend Afternoon Tea by guest Pastry Chef Reiko Yokota of Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. Instead of the 3-tier stand, savour your afternoon tea from specially crafted chinaware inspired by bento boxes. Nibbles include King Crab Chawan Mushi, Saikyo Miso Foie Gras Terrine, Japanese Strawberry Mochi and Sweet Soy and Ginger Mousse. Enjoy the Scones with not just clotted cream and housemade cherry jam, but a fabulous yuzu posset (something like a curd). I know it’s fabulous because I tried it. Tea and coffee menu includes Japanese drinks such as Matcha Latte and Sakura Sencha.
