Here are the results of the 28th RAS Epicurean Star Award 2023, held last night at Raffles City Convention Centre Fairmont Ballroom and graced by Guest of Honour Ms Low Yen Ling, Minister of State for Trade and Industry. It was a night of pure celebration and camaraderie as one and all came to celebrate the F&B industry’s achievements.
64 F&B establishments were nominated across 22 categories this year, marking the largest number of submissions by nominees since the Award was first incepted. A total of 44 awards were presented at the gala dinner event. Congratulations to all the winners and runners-up, and also the finalists for making the cut. A well-deserved win and may the F&B industry in Singapore soar to greater heights in the coming years.
