SUSHISAMBA’s Celebração Anniversary Night Brunch happens tomorrow at its Capita Tower outlet to mark its 1st year anniversary. Known for its distinctive fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines, bold cocktails, and unparalleled 360-degree city views, you can expect this Anniversary Night Brunch to not be in short supply of excitement.
Expect to dance, imbibe and feast the night away with dishes such as the Wagyu Carne Moida Taquito, Spatchcock Chicken and Black Cod, as well as desserts like Churros Doughnut.
Do expect free-flow live stations like the Robata, Sushi and Tomahawk live stations. I tried my best to list down the menu highlights, but as you can see for yourselves, everything looks good!

The celebration brunch goes from 7pm – 10pm so don’t make any plans to leave earlier than 10!
Celebração at SAMBAROOM
The celebration continues on 19 July 2025, 10pm till late where SAMBAROOM, SUSHISAMBA’s hidden lounge, transforms into a Neon Jungle. Here you can expect electrifying DJ sets, live performances, neon-themed décor and surprises, alongside curated cocktails and premium bottle packages that set the tone for an unforgettable night.
