Pan Pacific’s Edge Sunday Champagne Brunch has been given a revamp and now boasts two activity sessions — a cooking demo and a cocktail making demo. So instead of just stuffing your face for those few hours, you now get to take a break and learn a thing or two from the experts. From 1pm-1.30pm, the inhouse mixologist will impart the techniques required to make your own cocktails at home. From 2pm-2.30pm, learn how to cook highlight dishes from the buffet spread, such as Coriander Crab Cake with Curry Mayo, or Sticky Date Pudding.
And when I say stuff your face, I do mean it because the Champagne Brunch still boasts 7 live food theatres and 16 stations of premium delights, and of course not forgetting the unlimited Veuve Cliquot Champagne and Botanical Gin Cocktails. The Christmas period is an especially good time to try out this gargantuan buffet, which I did so last year with toddler in tow. But really, any special occasion that calls for over the top celebrations, Pan Pacific’s Sunday Champagne Brunch comes to mind.

Do not miss the dessert station with Jumbo Desserts such as Giant Choux Puff, Giant Pastry Burger and Giant Apple Tart! And as always, the kids dessert table, that is lower than usual for the kids to access. Parents please restraint your kids because there will be a cotton candy machine and spiral chocolate fountain!
